5 Self Care Essentials to Treat yourself to the Valentines Day you Deserve!

Valentines day is Notorious for being a day that sucks for people that are single, But it doesn't have to be that way. Whatever your take on valentines day is we can all agree that if you do a few of these things you'll be loving yourself & your day will definitely end up better for it. 
1. Spend time with your Friends.
Organise a “galentines day” dinner with your girlfriends. Spending time with the ones you care about is always a good option, Especially if you're feeling lonely. If you don’t feel like going out invite them to come to you and watch some Netflix and relax.
2. Pamper yourself.
Treat yourself to a bath, light some candles, Put on your favourite relaxing playlist & allow yourself to zone out and decompress. Add a bath bomb to take it one step further.
3. Have your Favourite Meal & Dessert.
Treat yourself to those chocolates or that meal you’ve been wanting to have but haven’t got around to making it or have felt guilty about eating bad. Here’s our personal favourite chocolate Hey Tiger I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
4. Take a Moment & Write Down What You're Grateful For.
Being single on valentines day it’s easy to feel like you’re missing out, That’s why its important to take a moment & Write down what you’re grateful for about yourself and your life. It sounds like a bore but if you take the time to do this and reflect you can focus on how proud you are of yourself & it will Inspire you for more things to come

5. Read a Book.
Make the most of the time you do have alone and read that book you’ve been wishing you’ve got round too.
