3. Have your Favourite Meal & Dessert.

4. Take a Moment & Write Down What You're Grateful For.

It sounds like a bore but if you take the time to do this and reflect you can focus on how proud you are of yourself & it will Inspire you for more things to come
5. Read a Book.
Make the most of the time you do have alone and read that book you’ve been wishing you’ve got round too.
