I have purchased two mini dresses from the Jasse range and both have shrunk by probably at least half a dress size. The first I washed in the machine so my bad but the second I washed in cold water by hand and hung on the line on a hanger quote wet and it had also shrunk. I’m not happy as I love both dresses and wouldn’t fault them in any other way. Can you please tell me how I can arrange a refund or exchange. First was bought in a boutique the second was from Salty Crush.
