I gave purchased two mini dresses from the Jasse range and both have shrunk by probably at least half a dress size. The first I washed in the machine so my bad but the second I washed in cold water by hand and hung on the line on a hanger quote wet and it had also shrunk. I’m not happy as I love both dresses and wouldn’t fault them in any other way. Can you please tell me how I can arrange a refund or exchange. First was bought in a boutique the second was from Salty Crush.

Hi, is it safe, as in would the garment shrink if I were to use a hand held steamer on your dresses?

I recently bought, and am delighted with my new purchase. It is your SS15-0818B#463 xs
which I plan to wear to my daughter’s wedding in one month. I love everything about it, the flow of the fabric, I adore rayon, the print, the front panel and the open back – but I am worried about the (I don’t even know what it is) XXXXXXX work between the panels when I wash it.
I will always wash it be hand, in cold water, but I am concerned that XXXXX stitching will not sit flat again. I think it best to peg the dress upside down rather than on a hanger, but perhaps I should dry it on a flat surface after encouraging the XXXXX stichting into shape.
Your advice please
